Shipping Policy
At Nuvanta, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Free Shipping All orders ship free — no minimum required.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and handed off to our fulfillment partner, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Fulfillment & Delivery After processing, please allow 5–10 business days for your order to arrive. Tracking updates may take 3–5 days to reflect movement after your shipping confirmation is sent — this is normal and does not mean your order is delayed.
Shipping Destination We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Delays While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to carrier volume, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Nuvanta is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you catch a mistake, contact us immediately at help@nuvantashop.com and we'll do our best to correct it before your order ships.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us at help@nuvantashop.com within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll investigate and work with you to make it right.
